A 14K gold openwork hinged bracelet features a huge round cabochon cut amethyst (27.5 x 13.1 mm, approximately 70 carats) set in a crown like gold bezel The bracelet is decorated with an elaborate gold strapwork in medieval Gothic style.

The amethyst is detachable and can be worn as a slide pendant.
