An antique 14K gold ring is centered with an excellent vivid royal blue cushion cut 2.06 ct sapphire from Burma surrounded by ten old mine and ten old rose cut diamonds.

The richness and consistency of the color and the velvety texture of this unheated and untreated sapphire is due to fine rutile silk inclusions that disperse light. The color and saturation is truly exceptional.

Estimated total diamond weight is 1.50 ct (G-H color, VS2-SI2 clarity).

The sapphire and diamond top measures 15 x 14 mm (5/8 x 9/16 in.)
