made between 1908 and 1917 in St. Petersburg.
A gold mounted miniature egg pendant features a very fine quality moiré guilloche enamel of a lilac color. The egg is applied with a ribbed gold band flanked by two cobalt blue guilloche enamel bands and two punctured silver bands.
The egg is marked on suspension ring with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard (14K) and partially worn maker’s initials, apparently ‘AA’ for Andre Adler.
The design of the egg is in line with enameled egg pendants produced by Andre Adler for Faberge.
Length without suspension ring 17 mm (5/8 in.)
