The cross pendant is circa 1850 and is almost certainly of Italian (Naples) origin. The 14K gold chain necklace is Russian, made between 1908 and 1917.
The finely carved coral cross is mounted in 14K gold and embellished with small rose cut diamonds. The center of the cross and bail are applied with chased gold grape vines and leaves.
The chain is marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard.
The cross measures (without bail) 47 x 34 mm (1 7/8 x 1 3/8 in.).
Length of the chain is 48 cm (19 in.)
