A Superb Antique Golden Beryl / Heliodor Two Color Gold Bangle Bracelet
This late 19th century Russian bracelet is handcrafted in polished rose and matte yellow gold. It is set with a cushion cut golden beryl – heliodor of a beautiful yellow green color (approximate weight 15.5 Ct), surrounded by a row of old cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 2 ct.
The bracelet was made in Moscow between 1882 and 1898.
Inner circumference – 16,8 cm (6 5/8 in)
The bracelet is marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard with assay stamp of Moscow and maker’s initials ‘ HM ‘ for Nicholas Maximov, owner of a jewelry shop, mentioned in 1894 and 1898
