An antique platinum-topped 14K gold milgrain ring is centered with a natural blue sapphire (5.43 x 4.23 x 3.2 mm, approximately 0.60 ct). The sapphire is surrounded by an elaborate openwork frame embellished with 20 sparkling old European cut diamonds. The shoulders are set with old rose cut diamonds.
