An antique Peter Carl Faberge Lily-of-the-Valley gold, enamel and ruby brooch in Art Nouveau style, made by the Faberge’s Moscow branch between 1899 and 1908.

the description reads “Brooch of chased gold with 1 sapphire, of fashionable decor, with enamel flower – 22.50 Rubles”
The back is engraved with later dates ’58’ – ’63’, large Roman numeral ‘V’ and day/month ’20 III’.
Marked on rim with 56 zolotninks standard (583/14K gold), initials of Moscow assayer Ivan Lebedkin (Cyrillic ‘IL’). Scratched inventory number 1147.
The pin with assay stamp and initials ‘KФ’ in Cyrillic for Carl Faberge.
The hook is stamped with ‘KФ’ and capital Cyrillic ‘Л ‘. The ‘Л ‘ mark was stamped on items which came from pawn shops or bank vaults and meant for public sale.
