This Victorian era 14K gold ring is set with a carved heliotrope, also known as bloodstone, signet matrix. The signet features an exquisitely engraved noble coat of arms. The armorial shield is centered with a sword diagonally flanked by two wings. The knight’s helmet above the shield is surmounted by a sword and two wings.
The signet matrix measures 15 x 13 mm (9/16 x 4/8 in.)
