A silver-topped (front – silver, back – gold) 18K gold ring is designed as two hearts tied together with a ribbon. The ring is set with an oval sapphire, an oval ruby, old mine cut and rose cut diamonds (H-I color, SI clarity).

Estimated total diamond weight is 1.14 ct.

The sapphire measures 6.84 x 5.57 x 3.65 mm and is approximately 1.11 ct. The ruby is 6.67 x 5.43 x 2.95 mm, approximately 0.85 ct.

The ruby and sapphire are both of excellent color and clarity and likely of Burmese origin.

The jeweled top measures 19 (width) x 21 (height) mm, 2/3 x 13/16 in.
