The 14K yellow gold cross pendant is hand-engraved with corpus of Christ and is embellished with royal blue guilloche enamel.

The abbreviation on the scroll on the upper arm of the cross reads JESUS OF NAZARETH THE KING OF THE JEWS.

Marked on the back with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard, maker’s initials, St. Petersburg coat-of-arms and date ‘1858’.

The cross measures (without suspension ring) 30 x 19 mm (1 3/16 x 3/4 in.)

This rare cross is in a pristine condition.
