An Elegant Art Nouveau Floral Ring
This antique Russian ladies ring was made in St Petersburg between 1904 and 1908.
The ring is crafted in rose gold and set with a beautiful pear shaped spinel (approximately 0.37 ct), two old mine cut and twenty rose cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.45 ct.

The ring is marked with 56 zolotniks, an old Russian gold standard (14K-583) with assayer’s initials ‘AP’ for St Petersburg assay headmaster Alexander Romanov (1904-1908), and maker’s initials ‘OB’.
