An Elegant Belle Epoque Diamond Brooch Pin

Made in Moscow between 1908 and 1917

This finely handcrafted vintage brooch is designed in garland style of the 1910s.

The brooch / pin is set with old mine, Old European and rose cut diamonds with approximate total weight of 2 carats.

The center diamond is approximately 0.5 ct. The diamonds are set in silver over 14K rose gold.

Width – 40 mm (1 5/8 in.). Height – 28 mm (1 1/8 in.).

The brooch is marked on pin and on pin guard with maker’s initials ‘AM’ for Moscow jeweler Alexander Moskvin. The frame is stamped with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard (14K – 583 gold).
