This impressive Russian Imperial era antique sapphire and diamond ring was made in Odessa between 1908 and 1917.
The 14K gold ring is designed as a stylized flowerhead (20 x 19 mm), centered with an antique cushion cut diamond (7 x 6.2 x 4.8 mm, approximately 1.76 ct, I color, SI1 clarity) surrounded by four cushion cut deep blue natural sapphires and four old cut diamonds (approximately 0.67 ct tw).
Estimated total sapphire weight is 4.68 ct.
Estimated total diamond weight is 2.43 ct.
