Porcelain shell form caviar dish from the service of the Tsarskoe Selo palace near St. Petersburg, period of Nicholas II, made by the Imperial Porcelain Factory in 1910 (green cipher mark). The handle is painted with a black double headed Imperial eagle. Length 4 3/4 in. (12,2 cm).
