This vintage platinum ring was made in Moscow in the 1930s. It features a very rare 3.52 ct rose cut Russian Alexandrite.
The Alexandrite changes its color from dark bluish green (daylight) to dark plum purple (incandescent light). The color change is prominent to strong (80-90%). The quality of color change is very good.
Russian Alexandrites of this size are very rare.
The ring is accompanied by the American Gemological Laboratories Prestige gemstone report No. 1138148.
