A Large Victorian Antique Ring

European, circa 1880

The ring is marked with a French “shell” hallmark for imported 14K gold jewelry.

This elaborate large gold ring is centered with a round faceted amethyst within a pearl surrounding,

set in an ornate openwork bezel with black enamel decorations.

The amethyst is inlaid with a gold flower embellished with rose cut diamonds.

The entire front panel of the ring is detachable and can be worn as a pendant.

The ring is in perfect condition.
