A platinum over 14K gold cluster ring is centered with a natural pink sapphire (5.4 x 4.7 x 2.65 mm, approximately 0.60 ct) surrounded by two rows of old mine cut diamonds separated by channel set calibre cut synthetic pink sapphires.

The sapphire and diamond top measures 17 x 14 mm (11/16 x 9/16 in.)
The ring is marked with maker’s initials ‘AZ’ and Polish / Warsaw assay mark 1920-1931 for the 3rd gold standard (583 / 14K).
