Maker’s initials and the left part of the assay mark were lost due to the ring resizing
Fortunately, the right part of the assay stamp has survived – head facing left (the 1899-1908 period) and assayer’s initials Cyrillic ‘ И С ‘ for the chief assay master of the city of Odessa, Ilya Sorokin.
