An Extremely Rare Russian Royal Wedding Ceremonial 1901
The wedding of Grand Duchess Olga Alexandrovna of Russia (sister of Tsar Nicholas II) and Prince Peter of Oldenburg.
A red fabric covered folder with gilded borders and double headed Imperial eagle, contains 10 sheets describing in details
the wedding ceremony at the Gatchina Palace Church, banquet dinner, and theatrical performance.
Imperial ceremonials were invitations from the Tsar. They were never intended for sale to general public. That explains their rarity today.
A very limited number of this 1901 wedding ceremonial was printed and sent out only to those, who were invited.
