A Vintage Heart Shaped Gold Pendant

Made in Moscow between 1908 and 1917

A puff heart charm pendant is made of a polished 14K rose gold.

The front is applied with a matte yellow gold horse shoe (good luck symbol) and embellished with diamonds.

Height without suspension ring – 31 mm (1 1/4 in.)

The heart charm is marked with Moscow assay stamp for 56 zolotnik gold (14K)

and jeweler’s initials ‘ ИХ ‘ (possibly for Ivan Khlebnikov).
