A 14K gold ring with split shoulders is centered with a prong set old cushion cut diamond (5.7 x 5.1 x 3.1 mm, approximately 0.80 ct)

flanked by two round bright apple green Russian demantoid garnets

(5.3 – 5.25 x 2.95 mm, approximately 0.58 ct and 4.4 – 4.6 x 2.2 mm, approximately 0.30 ct).
