This is a very rare antique Russian amethyst glass Easter egg, circa 1800.

The egg is decorated with an engraved and gilded  Tsarist crown and an orb flanked by two palm branches on one side, and abbreviation in Old Slavonic script ‘ I C XC ‘ between two laurel branches on the opposite side.

The abbreviation stands for Jesus Christ.
