This superbly modeled antique snake bangle bracelet is crafted in greenish yellow 18K gold. The head of the snake is embellished with a pear shape demantoid set in a platinum bezel encrusted with old rose cut diamonds.
The demantoid measures 9 x 6 x 4.5 mm and is approximately 1.71 carats.
The clasp is marked with later French import marks: an owl mark for 750 gold and a mask mark for 950 platinum standards.
Weight is 27.05 grams.
