An Antique Imperial Russian St. Petersburg School of Ensigns (Прапорщиков) Graduation Jeton

from the reign of Tsar Nicholas II

The jeton / pendant is designed as a silver double headed Russian Imperial eagle with gold crowns, a scepter and orb.

The ribbons below the tsarist crown are covered with blue enamel.

The eagle is mounted with a gold suspension chain, gold and enamel shoulder board of the school, and a gold Roman numeral ‘IV’ (the 6th graduating class).

The back of the jeton is engraved with abbreviation for St. Petersburg (С.П.Б),

name of the recipient U.Y. Zhitkov and date 1907.
