A carved chrysoprase (a green variety of chalcedony) egg is embellished with a 14K gold filigree designed to resemble a basket.

The egg is marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard with assayer’s initials of Leo Oleks.

Length without suspension ring is 17 mm (11/16 in.)
