An antique silver-topped 14K rose gold flower brooch is embellished with bright white old mine brilliant and rose cut diamonds (E-F color, VS2-SI1 clarity).
The flowerheads can be converted into a pair of earrings.

Marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard with assayer’s initials ‘ИЛ’ for Moscow assay master Ivan Lebedkin (1899-1908) and maker’s initials ‘ГА’.
