The earrings are crafted in 14K gold. The four principal old mine cut diamonds (F-G-H color, VS1-VS2 clarity) are set in silver buttercup settings over gold. Approximate diamond weight: 0.32 ct; 0.33 ct; 0.42 ct; 0.56 ct.

Estimated total diamond weight is 1.65 carats.

The tops could be worn separately.

The earrings are marked with later Soviet Russian control marks from the 1930s (Moscow) for 583 gold standard.

Total length with ear wire is 30 mm (1 1/8 in.)
