An antique Russian 14K gold pendant is hand-engraved with St. Natalia on one side and Mother of God of Kazan icon on another.
The pendant is marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard, initials ‘ИЛ’ for Moscow assay master Ivan Lebedkin (1899-1908), and maker’s initials.
