The 14K gold ring is designed in Art Nouveau taste as a stylized ribbon-tied flower embellished with a very fine blue sapphire and three chunky old mine cut diamonds.
The sapphire measures 5 x 3.6 mm and is approximately 0.65 ct.
Estimated total diamond weight is 1.12 ct: bezel set diamond – 0.50 ct, prong set diamonds – 0.30 ct and 0.32 ct.
The ring is marked with a later Soviet control mark for 585 gold standard.
Length of the flower is 20 mm (13/16 in.).
