Made in Saint Petersburg between 1908 and 1917.

This FABERGE miniature egg is covered with a silver blue translucent guilloche enamel of a very fine quality. One side of the egg is embellished with a ruby.

The egg is marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard (14K) and initials ‘A*H’ for Faberge’s workmaster August Hollming.

Height without suspension ring is 18 mm (11/16 in.)
