Demantoid and Sapphire Earrings
The 14K rose gold earrings were made in Moscow between 1882 and 1898.
The earrings are marked with maker’s initials and assay marks of the period.
The original stones were later replaced with 2 step cut blue sapphires and 32 sparkling Russian demantoids of a uniform bright apple green color.
