This antique shell motif cross pendant is finely crafted in polished 14K yellow gold with hand engraved elements. The front of the cross is embellished with a dark purple amethyst accented by four old rose cut diamonds, the back – with gold granulation.
The cross measures (with bail) 2 1/2 x 1 5/8 in. (6.2 x 4. 1 mm)
Weight is 7.76 grams.
