The 14K white gold ring is horizontally set with a natural unheated cushion cut sapphire of excellent color and clarity. The sapphire is flanked by six small diamonds.

The sapphire measures 9 x 8 x 6.7 mm and is approximately 4.50 carats.

Estimated total diamond weight is 0.32 ct.

The ring is marked with horse head Austrian assay mark, ‘W’ for Vienna, 585 gold standard (14K) and maker’s initials.
