A platinum topped 18K gold ring is centered with a natural oval sapphire (7.7 x 5.9 x 4 mm, approximately 1.45 ct)

flanked by four calibre cut synthetic sapphires within a platinum frame set with rose cut diamonds.

The ring is marked with eagle’s head (French 18 K gold standard) and maker’s initials G G.
