made in Moscow between 1908 and 1917
The gemstone chrysolite is also called chrysoberyl. It is known by different names, according to its color, it being called peridot when of a deep olive-green, olivine when of yellowish green, and chrysolite when of a golden color.
The earrings are marked with 56 zolotniks old Russian gold standard (14K -583) / Moscow assay office, and maker’s initials ‘БРА’.
