This rare late 18th century ring is finely crafted in gold and silver. The ring features a midnight blue guilloche enamel plaque applied with a floral motif silver applique embellished with rose cut diamonds. The enamel plaque is set in a rose cut diamond bezel.
The back of the ring tests as 16.03 Ct gold (66.82%). The shank is made of 14K gold.
This type of rings with blue enamel was called in French ‘bagues de firmament’ (rings of the sky).
The ring is in a pristine condition.
