This one-of-a-kind antique 14K gold armorial signet ring is designed as a crowned ornate shield centered with a lapis lazuli intaglio crest carved with a walking lion. The shoulders of the ring are embellished with scrolling designs in high relief.
The ring is marked with maker’s initials ‘AT’ and 1867-1872 Austrian fox head gold mark.
The top measures 18 x 20 mm (11/16 x 2/3 in.)
