A 14k yellow gold heart-shaped locket is decorated with a floral hand engraving that is embellished with rose cut diamonds.

The interior is set with a miniature heart-shaped picture frame.

The locket is marked on back with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard with initials of Moscow assay master Ivan Lebedkin and maker’s initials.
