56 zolotniks gold (14K – 583), silver, a blue sapphire (approximately 2.37 ct), 18 old cut diamonds (approximately 2.17 ct TW)

The ring is marked with 56 zolotniks old Russian gold standard (14K) with assayer’s initials of Ivan Lebedkin (Moscow), and jeweler’s name in full ‘ БРУКЪ ‘ (BROOK).
