The 14K gold ring is vertically prong-set with a sparkling pear cut emerald (8.8 x 6.5 x 4.85 mm, approximately 1.10 ct), an old European cut diamond (approximately 0.30 ct), a red garnet, a blue sapphire and an antique cushion cut diamond.
