Rare glass from the formal service of the Imperial yacht “Derzhava” (means ‘Orb’ in Russian), after the design by professor of the Academy of Arts in St Petersburg Ippolit A.Monigetti (1819-1878), Imperial Glass Factory, circa 1871. The glass is painted with an orb laid on an anchor, chains and ropes. Condition: a tiny chip on the inner side of the rim and minor rubbing to the gilt.
