This rare Faberge miniature egg pendant was made in Saint Petersburg around 1900.
The body of the egg is covered with white guilloche enamel and embellished with eight six-pointed stars set with demantoids.
Marked with 56 zolotnik old Russian gold standard and initials ‘ES’ for Faberge’s workmaster Eduard Schramm.
Height without suspension ring is 13 mm (1/2 in.)
Condition: some restoration to enamel.
