A platinum topped 18K gold navette shaped ring set with a marquise cut amethyst in a milgrain gold bezel,

bordered by numerous old rose cut diamonds set in platinum over gold,

flanked by rose cut diamond shoulders

The ring is marked with French import marks for 18K gold and 950 platinum.

The navette setting measures 27 x 9 mm (1 1/16 x 3/8 in.)
