The 14K rose gold necklace features a large (22.5 x 17.8 x 20.5 mm, approximately 43.51 ct)

bluish white oval faceted rock crystal accented by six round ice blue spinels.

Marked with maker’s initials ‘P.C’ and early Soviet 583 gold hallmarks for Moscow (on frame and suspension ring)

The chain is a later replacement.
