World War I issue by St. Petersburg jewelry firm of Eduard.

A 14K rose and yellow gold cross is covered with white opaque enamel.

The center is set with a round medallion featuring Saint George on horseback slaying the dragoon.

The cross is marked on back with 56 zolotnik Imperial gold standard / St. Petersburg assay office and workmaster’s initials ‘ ВД ‘.

Condition:  some restoration to the enamel of the medallion, a chip to white enamel on the right arm of the cross
