An antique silver-topped 14K gold ring is set with a cushion-shape cabochon cut early synthetic ruby. The ruby is drilled in the center and set with an old European cut diamond in a silver bezel. The ring is further embellished with eight old cut diamonds set in an openwork silver frame.
The ruby and diamond top measures 13 x 12 mm (1/2 x 7/16 in.).
Estimated total diamond weight is 0.50 ct.
The ring is marked with maker’s initials.
