An antique platinum-topped 18K gold openwork milgrain ring is centered with a sparkling old European cut diamond (4.7 x 3 mm, approximately 0.42 ct, H-I color, SI2 clarity) flanked by two bows and lace-like designs embellished with old mine and old rose cut diamonds.
