This classic gold cluster ring from the Victorian era features an oval Colombian emerald of excellent color, clarity and saturation. The emerald is surrounded by sparkling old European and old mine cut diamonds. The shoulders of the ring are accented with two old rose cut diamonds.
The emerald measures 8.8 x 7.68 x 6.25 mm and is approximately 2.34 ct.
Estimated total diamond weight is 2 carats.
The ring is crafted in 14K gold. It is marked inside the shank with a maker’s mark and Austro-Hungarian empire assay mark in the shape of a fox head for the 4th gold standard and ‘A’ for Vienna.

The ring is accompanied by American Gemological Laboratories prestige gemstone report No. 1105624 for the emerald. The report states that the emerald is of Colombian origin and has some minor traditional enhancement which is rare.
