period of Tsar Nicholas I, made between 1825 and 1855 at the Imperial Porcelain Factory in St. Petersburg.

The center is painted with a floral wreath, the sky blue-ground border with gilt foliage and scrolls.

Diameter 9 7/8 in. (25 cm)

Condition: minor rubbing to glaze around the wreath, excellent gilding, no restoration

Factory mark in the form of Nicholas I cipher.
