The pendant features a heart-shaped opal of an excellent greenish blue color with splashes of pink. The opal is framed by bright white old European cut diamonds. The diamonds are set in platinum over 14K gold. The bail is set with diamonds.

The opal measures 12.7 x 10.6 x 5.8 mm.

Estimated total diamond weight is 1.78 ct.
